We offer a flexible and reliable service to suit your individual requirements:  

Increase Your Bookings:  we market our website through other sites and in print.  As "The Office Bar" in Argentiere, we have been providing holidays for 15 years and so have a good client base that we contact on a regular basis about available properties.

No sale, no fee:  we will add your property to our database and market it to our clients.  If we sell a holiday, we will take the payment and pass the money, less our 10% commission, on to you.

Full Management:  If you prefer, we can also welcome the clients in resort and be their point of contact for any problems, do the end of week cleaning and change the linen.  This service is charged at an extra 20% of the self-catered price.

Help You Out:  You may find that certain tasks that would be simple in your native language are an uphill struggle in Chamonix.  Having broadband or satellite installed, re-registering your car to the French system, finding a reliable plumber, electrician or builder, can all produce headaches when you don't know where to start.

We have 5 year's experience of managing various businesses in Chamonix and know how the system works.  We can source you any items you need, be they good linen for your chalet to spices for your cooking.  No task is too big or too small.
