Ski Lessons -  BASS Chamonix

BASS Chamonix believe in a system of small groups & private lessons, with intensive and involved teaching sessions - and the maximum level of enjoyment!  Discover the exciting world of snowsports in a safe and professional learning environment. All lessons are taught in English by Scottish & Irish Instructors.

Absolute Beginner Package: £90 per person per 6 hour session.
Performance Clinics: Carving, Bumps or Variables. £95 per person for 2 3-hour sessions.
Family Group: £75 per person.  Learn how to ski together and get orientated safely with the resort.
Group Lessons: £90 to £125 depending on standard
Children's Group Lessons: £117 per person, 4 x 2.5h sessions

Vallee Blanche: Chamonix's world famous off-piste run over the Glacier.  From 70€ per person.
Glacier Travel and Avalanche Awareness: Ideal for those who are going to explore Chamonix’s world famous off piste. From 80€ per person.
Snow Shoeing: A gentle hike through peaceful snow covered forests from 70€ per day.

Action Chamonix organise fantastic and original days out, often involving helicopters and gourmet restaurants. This is a small selection, please ask us for the full list.
Gourmet Italia: Discover nearby Courmayeur’s slopes and restaurants from 170€ per person including guide and transfers, groups from 4 and up.
James Bond Snow Scooter Night: The views are breathtaking as you steer your own skidoo to the French Farm House restaurant for the evening. Sledge home by torchlight. 155€per person, groups of 6 and up.
Heli Tarentaise  Tour: Ski 7 resorts in one day using helicopters and skidoos to get around. 680€ per person, groups of 5 and up.

Ski Passes

There are 2 types of ski pass. Both can be bought from the lift stations on arrival, on from the website below in advance.

Chamonix Le Pass: for those who prefer to stay on the piste it includes all the beginners areas, and also Brevent-Flegere, Balme and the Grands Montets up to 2765m.  7 days for an adult costs 182E.

Mont Blanc Unlimited: for those who want to explore the mythical off-piste, this includes all of the above and the Aiguille du Midi, the top cable car at the Grands Montets, Les Houches, 1 day in Courmayeur, and the Montenvers train.  You can also reserve the cable car at the Aiguille du Midi for free. 7 days for an adult costs 253E.
